JumpMart is committed to do its best to always ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.


Below are the terms and conditions for purchases made from Be sure to read them carefully and let us know if you have any questions or concerns by contacting us before you make your purchase, as placing an order through our shopping cart is an acceptance of these terms.




JumpMart Return & Warranty Policy






This return policy is applicable to all products with the exception of subscriptions, cd's, digital downloads, DVD's and software. We have a strict no refund policy on subscriptions, cd's, digital downloads, DVD's and software

We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery on all products except for items listed in the Exception Section. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

Exception Section - Items Not Covered Under this return policy:

TVs: If the item is defective the customer will need to contact the Manufacturer directly. If the item is unwanted and was not open, this item may be returned to us per our "Unwanted Returns" section.

Gaming (includes Brand New consoles and games for all different types of systems): All of the gaming comes with Manufacturer's warranty unless specified otherwise in the description section of the item. If the item is defective customer will need to contact Manufacturer. If the item is unwanted and was not open, this item may be returned to us per our "Unwanted Returns"; section.

Personal Care Items: If the item is defective the customer will need to contact the Manufacturer directly. If the item is unwanted and was not open, this item may be returned to us per our "Unwanted Returns" section.

Items may be returned only with prior authorization.

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where has made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer.  In this case, the purchaser must contact to obtain a return label.  Once item is returned back to the warehouse a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or a refund will be issued for the full amount of the order if the correct unit is unavailable. must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within a week of the delivery.

Unwanted Returns: Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be in the unused condition only.

Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as "Unwanted Returns", consequently they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery.

Defective Items: A customer must return merchandise at their expense within 30 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA and automatic store credit will be applied once merchandise is returned back to the warehouse.

If the return request has been received by after 30 days from the original day of the receipt of the merchandise, the request will be denied.

Returns will have the option to be exchanged or refunded back to the original form of payment.. . Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to post back to the credit card.





All return requests submitted after 30 days are defined as Manufacturer Warranty claims. Warranty claims must be submitted directly by the end consumer to the product manufacturer for additional support. Warranty periods vary by manufacturer; most non-custom manufactured merchandise includes a One Year parts/labor warranty. Contact for further manufacturer warranty coverage details as needed. Because JumpMart works with many manufacturers and product sources, delivery time and shipment availability may vary from one product to the next. However, the vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground within THREE BUSINESS DAYS of ORDER PLACEMENT. If you desire to ship an item outside the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii), please contact us in advance to calculate and confirm accurate shipping costs. Also, some items are hand-crafted and require 2-6 weeks for production time.




JumpMart does not currently ship outside the continental United States at this time unless by special request.


Shipping costs are retrieved by placing the item in the shopping cart and then viewing the items in your cart. You do not need to actually place an order during this step. The shipping prices are for the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii need to be calculated manually, by contacting us. By default, we typically charge at or below published UPS/Fedex rate fees based on product weight, zipcode origin, and delivery address. Oversized items, such as furniture, may need to be manually calculated.


When combining multiple products, or quantities within a single order, please note that shipping calculations will combine total product weight to determine delivery cost for identical manufacturers and zipcode origins only.  Keep in mind that products order may have different origins and may arrive as separate deliveries.


FREE SHIPPING offers are valid only for deliveries inside the U.S. 48 contiguous states. Additional costs may apply for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii. To determine these costs, please contact us.




For certain product lines, a signature on delivery may be required to minimize potential delivery fraud. If the receiving party waives the signature required for order delivery, JumpMart takes no financial responsibility for the “lost package liability”. If a signature waiver is required, JumpMart will need said statement in writing. It can also be stated within order comments for any specific transaction. Verbal notification will not be accepted.




The following manufacturer brands have unique shipping & return policy exceptions as noted:


  • FANMATS orders may not be canceled after 1 business day of order placement unless said order has not shipped within committed time-frame of 7-15 business days

Sales Tax

Sales tax, if applicable, is automatically calculated by placing the item in the shopping cart and then viewing the items in your cart. You do not need to actually place an order during this step.



Other Policies:


Payment: To provide maximum security for our customers, we do not keep credit card numbers on file or store them in a database where a hacker could access them. Instead, when you place an order by credit card using our secure shopping cart, your credit card is verified through a federally approved secure system and funds for the order are reserved for a short period of time. Your card is not charged by the bank until your order is actually processed.


Lead Time: Lead times vary between manufacturers but are typically 1 to 3 days. We quote lead times for each product on our site as provided to us by the manufacturers and should be considered as approximate. Although, in most cases, you will receive your merchandise before the end of the lead time, back orders may occur which can delay the shipment of merchandise. When back orders occur, we will notify you so that you have the option of waiting the additional estimated time or cancelling your order subject to no cancellation fees.


Order Confirmations: If an e-mail address is provided you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Be sure to check your confirmation to ensure all of the information is correct including the shipping address and the individual items on the order. If you find something wrong, please contact us with any corrections within 48 hours of the e-mailed confirmation. Otherwise, we will assume everything is correct and process your order as is indicated in the confirmation. Placing an order via our shopping cart is an agreement to the terms and conditions stated on this page.


Installation: Installation fees, proper installation and use of any products purchased from is the sole responsibility of the customer., RMB Enterprises, Inc, and it’s subsidiaries are not liable for any costs and or damages associated with the installation or use of products purchased from us. In cases where a product is defective, although we may send a replacement for a defective item as stated in the terms above, we are not liable for any additional costs associated with removing or repairing the defective item and/or installing a replacement.
